Beginners yoga - Beginners

A gentle flow to wake up our bodies. A short breath practice and a simple rest to complete the practice.

Modifications offered including Chair Yoga.

7.15pm - 8.15pm

Gentle Hatha Yoga - Mixed ability

Spend time exploring the physical, the breath and focused relaxation. Standing Asanas and balancing poses included. Breathing and relaxation practices.
