Based in the beautiful Rossendale valley, we offer weekly mixed ability classes, IRL and online five days a week.

Alongside the wonderful benefits of meeting like-minded people, Yoga is a fantastic tool to support our busy pace of life.

Through physical practice, breathing practice and meditation techniques, we can begin to explore calm in our hectic lives.

In our Haslingden library venue, Flow Yoga occupies an inviting and safe space to practice.

We practice five days a week and every class is mixed ability.
